Kyle taught Amara to surf. Amara pretended she couldn't already surf, just to spend more time with Kyle. The truth came out at their engagement party, along with a few competitive scars. We're saying our vows barefoot on the sand at sunset, followed by a relaxed reception under fairy lights. Come as you are, leave your shoes at the door.
Barefoot beach formal — linen over heels, please, the sand is unforgiving. Parking is at the main Grotto Beach lot, a 5-minute walk to the ceremony spot.
23 January 2027, Grotto Beach, Hermanus. Ceremony at 17:30 on the sand, reception under lights just above the high-water mark. RSVP by 23 December.
