Our Story
Lwazi came to Cape Town from Durban for a contract that was meant to last eight months. Thandeka, born and raised in the Eastern Cape, outlasted the contract. Three years on, a rooftop proposal over Table Bay felt like the only fitting next step. Our families have already done the beautiful traditional part — umembeso and lobola were celebrated back home with song, dance and more food than anyone could finish. Now we are bringing everyone together in Cape Town for the white wedding: clean lines, warm light, a short ceremony, and dancing until the lights come up.
